You can actually do this routine on your bed as all the poses are either seated or lying down. You’ll find more sequences for relaxation here.
- Loosen up the back, neck and shoulders.
- Open up the hips and stretches the groin.
- Release tension at the lower back.
- Block (optional for sitting cross-legged)
- This is a bedtime routine.
- You can stay in Final Resting Pose at the end for as long as you like—15 minutes is generally the max before we can just go ahead and call that sleep.
