Post-Ride Stretch

This gentle post-workout sequence stretches out the ankles, calves, hamstrings, hip flexors, groin, glutes, piriformis, chest and shoulders.

If you don’t stretch out after a ride, your muscles remain partially contracted and this can lead to stiffness, muscular imbalances and potential injury down the road.
