Flexible Spine

This backbending sequence involves a couple of trickier poses. It's a nice, lazy flow to try if you've been practicing for at least a few months. 

We finish with a long, relaxing body scan meditation.

  • Stretch the glutes and outer hips.

  • If you have lower back or shoulder issues, this sequence will not be suitable.
