You can do it on your bed or even at work if you find you’re holding a lot of tension. We start with a breathing exercise called 3-Part Breath which you can do any time you need to relax.
- Loosen up the neck and shoulders.
- Increase t-spine mobility.
- Relax the body and mind.
- Blocks (as many as you need to sit cross-legged comfortably)
