T-Spine Mobility

This gentle seated sequence is designed to release tightness in the neck and shoulders, improve t-spine mobility and relieve upper back pain.

You can do it on your bed or even at work if you find you’re holding a lot of tension. We start with a breathing exercise called 3-Part Breath which you can do any time you need to relax.
