Achy Body

This is a gentle sequence you can do if you're feeling achy from over-training, working too hard or exhausting travel commitments.

We start with a relaxing breathing exercise, stretch the spine, shoulders and hips in every direction and finish with a therapeutic body scan meditation.

  • Loosen up the spine and shoulders.
  • Stretch the hips, glutes and groin.
  • Relax and restore.

TIMING

  • In the evening after a punishing day’s riding, when you get off a plane or in the morning if you wake up with aches and pains.

TIP

  • You can do this one your bed as the poses are all seated or lying on your back. Try not to fall asleep!
