Her easy and relatable approach into applying yoga to mtb riding is exactly what I needed to address and now help prevent issues that would otherwise keep me off the bike.

I realized that tight adductors were my main concern—causing back strain like she mentioned in one of her articles. The poses alleviated the tension faster than I thought would happen. I’m going to stick with it more religiously as I’ve discovered it is my main enemy 80% of the time!
