“I started practising yoga with the 15-minute videos that were first posted on pinkbike. This was when I was cycling a tonnes (racing on and off road) and since I had never even stretched before or after a ride I could feel very significant results immediately.
I felt stronger and recovered faster after rides.
I continued to practice yoga, even when the amount I was able to cycle reduced, with the aim of completing one 15-minute video a day. I have enjoyed yoga and felt so many benefits that while skiing in whistler this winter I joined class! This lead to a bizarre afternoon where I was involved in a photoshoot to gather promotional material for the instructor!
