“As a mountain biker, I do a lot of damage to my body. I see a yoga practice as a core tool to help me recover, increase flexibility and balance, and maintain my body for the years ahead.
Abi’s lessons have been great as they specifically target the damage that we do to ourselves as riders, and help to restore the balance that we need on the bike.
I mix it in with my strength training and riding to balance out my whole body and prevent injury. You have to slow down sometimes if you want to go fast.”
