When I was 26 I had a disc herniation in the lower back but it healed without an operation. Since then I have to do exercises for my back to keep it good. Mountain biking makes my back sometimes hurt and now I found your site (with pinkbike’s “help“) and I LOVE it.
It’s a great workout that relaxes and makes you stronger, too. For athletic mountain biking, a strong, mobile and quick core is necessary and a real basic for having fun and success on the bike. Thanks for your work and for giving it to everybody.
