I used to have to cut workouts short, and stop and stretch during races, not because of a lack of strength in my legs, but because of massive back pain. I’ve even had my back go out and keep me off the bike for weeks at a time. Now I feel like I can actually achieve my potential since I’m no longer being held back by chronic back pain. In 2017 I had 3 podiums and a win in the five mountain bike races I did. I’m really looking forward to stepping it up in 2018. Thanks Abi!
