I've been using Abi's 15 minute post-ride routine for the past couple of seasons. I use it after every ride because it's so quick and simple.

The effects are noticeable. I suffer with sore shoulders from time spent with them rolled forward and this routine really helps to undo the damage done from riding.

And when I get back from a 2-hour ride and my neck is stiff from holding its riding position, it definitely feels better after I do this. I never thought I’d be doing yoga, but I’m converted. It’s really improved my recovery. Thanks very much!
