This sequence is a series of mobility drills for the feet, knees, hips, spine and shoulders. It's a great one to get the blood pumping.

TIP

  • When you move at a more fluid pace, alignment becomes even more important, so check that your feet and knees are pointing straight ahead throughout the routine. You may want to break it down into sections if this is a challenge.
