This sequence trains mobility, flexibility and strength. It's great for opening up the hips, improving spinal mobility and strengthening the core.

  • Blocks (optional when you’re straightening your front leg in Runners Lunge)

  • When you can flow easily through this routine, it should transfer to a feeling of agility and lightness on the bike.
