This is a nice one to loosen up the joints—the ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, elbows and wrists. Try to maintain good alignment throughout.
- Improve joint mobility throughout the body.
- Stretch the calves, hamstrings, hips flexors, groin and obliques.
- The Mobility workouts move a little faster so you may want to pause this sequence the first couple of times through until it is more familiar.
- Please don’t attempt Wild Thing until you know you’re ready for it.
