In this sequence, we flow smoothly through a continuous series of poses designed to increase flexibility and train new movement patterns.

  • Stretch the calves and hamstrings.
  • Improve spinal mobility.

  • This routine moves faster than any of the other styles so it may take a couple of goes through before the poses become more familiar.
